Hawaiian shave ice originates from Hawaii it can be found everywhere in the Hawaiian island, in coffee shops, cafes, shave ice stands, lunch wagons and at most public events.

Mainlanders call them snow cones, but snow cones are different they are crunchy because the ice is crushed for a snow ball effect and the flavourings settle to the bottom whereas Hawaiian shave ice is shaved which makes it's unique fluffy texture and the syrups are absorbed into the fine ice.

In Hawaii shave ice is used as a delicious snack and a thirst quencher,

something nice to cool you down in the heat of the day.
 It is very popular with tourists to Hawaii as no trip to Hawaii is complete without shave ice!

We serve our Hawaiian shave ice in either a coconut shell (specially made to hold the ice) or a recyclable  flower shape dish with a wooden spoon and a straw to drink the juices garnished with a cherry and a pineapple on a cocktail stick.

The price ranges from £1.50 each to £2.00 depending on the event.

What make me different !

The syrup used in regular shaved ice is full of additives and preservatives such as E113,E102, E330 and stacks of sugar. 

I have spent a long time researching  syrups are that are100% natural ingredients.

The fruit concentrates that I use are pure fruit with nothing else added.

They have also been approved by the schools healthy eating association

This means that the product is healthy and counts as one of your5 a day.

Everyone that visit's me can leave freeing guilt free,

enjoying a sweet treat that is filling them with goodness and is reasonably priced.

I retail from a bright yellow vintage Pashley tricycle , funked up with some Hawaiian leis, straw umbrellas and lots of smiles.

I don’t need any power supply as my machine is powered using a 12 volt battery.
