My  hot donuts covered in melted chocolate yummy       Andre Ellis painting of my first van and family             Men an tol (local stone)

I run a small donut business...based in Cornwall's most southerly point. I have been trading for

four years and in that time have built up a very good reputation for providing a delicious product

at a very reasonable price, served with a smile.

My little donut unit...is very popular with Children as they can see their donuts

being cooked in a bright friendly environment.

There is no automated equipment in my unit. This ensures that the donuts are cooked hot to order

I place very little impact on the infrastructure of any event. My source of energy is LPG.

I only use fair trade sugar and biodegradable packaging

I have a pitch with Truro county council...for seven months of the year.

The rest of the year I trade at various festivals, County shows and local events,

such as Beach Break Live, Maker Sunshine festival, Lanhydrock festival, Dorset County Show,

Sunrise, beautiful days to name a few.

I am an approved trader of the Deborah and Martyn events.

and a member of the Made in Cornwall scheme...this means

I have been inspected by the Trading standards office.

Which in turn meant I had to prove I produce a quality value for money product

and source all my ingredients as locally as possible.

I am insured by the NMTF  Registered with Cornwall council :

I have been Corgi approved: And inspected by the food and hygiene office.

My lovely donuts covered devilishly in melted hot chocolate are known by many as

"UTS "... The ULTIMATE TASTE SENSATION
